Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at grumpy@gomdetailing.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

No, We're mobile. We come to you. Don't make us drive for nothing.

"We're old school" cold hard cash, but we take new - school money as well. Venmo and plastic. We don't take IOUs, and we've retired from chasing down personal checks - too much paperwork.

Payment is due right when the rig is shiny and we're handing you the keys!

To be direct and transparent, fuel, our time, wear and tear of our truck, is already calculated in our pricing for Boise and surrounding area, so G.O.M has to charge a "Mobile Service & Fuel Fee" so that customers closer to us don't have to pay for the gas it takes to get to the folks further out.

It depends on how big your rig is and how much work you've put

off doing. A basic "Grumble Wash" takes a few hours typically 4-6.

While the "Respect The Rig" can take up to 8 plus

Have you ever tried to get Golden Retriever hair out of an RV or car carpet?

It's a full - body workout. If your interior looks like a kennel, be ready to open up your wallet for the extra hours we're going to be spending getting it out!

Grrrr! We're grumpy, not lazy. The roof is the most important part. If you

don't clean the dirt and bird mess off the top, it'll just run down the sides

the next time it rains and ruin our hard work. We scrub the roof and inspect your seals while we're at it.

Professionals generally recommend a full detail every 6 to 12 months.

For frequent travelers or full-timers , an exterior wash every 3 to 6 months is

ideal to prevent UV damage and oxidation.
